  Mistake after mistake. We had to chase them constantly and after giving them our completion date multiple times from the start. They missed it. They compleated the sale before giving us home buyers report and did not send us a fixture and fittings form till we moved in. A month after still having to send them forms as they forgot to do them before completion. Then they charge us £500 extra for the work. We complained and the office managers said tough. We also said that when you send people £20.000 you would expect an email to say they received it. Not with bespoke law you don’t. I would advise against using this company.
